How To Teach The Bible

HOW TO TEACH THE BIBLE ON 2 TIMOTHY (BIBLE)
MAY 8-MAY 29    WEDNESDAYS AT 6:30 PM
Both active and aspiring teachers of God’s Word need continual training on how to handle God’s Word. This class follows a Simeon Trust style and will include special sessions by Pastor Josh on critical aspects of teaching God’s Word followed by small groups where participants will share their homework preparation on a section from 2 Timothy followed by feedback from the group. There will also be an option to prepare a 15-minute devotional for another
date (TBD) to receive feedback.

World Religions

WORLD RELIGIONS (THEOLOGY)
MAY 12-JUNE 9    SUNDAYS AT 9 AM
We live in one of the most diverse areas in the world. The nations are our neighbors, and we are surrounded by people of various beliefs e.g. Catholicism, Mormonism, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, Witchcraft, etc. Join us for this 5-week class aimed at equipping you to understand these worldviews and share the good news of Jesus Christ.

Christian Worldview for Student Equip

CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW (THEOLOGY FOR STUDENTS)
MAY 12-JUNE 9    SUNDAYS AT 9 AM
Everyone has a lens through, which they look at the world that gives shape to how they interpret it. Every worldview has 3 things it must be, 4 things it must address, and 5 pillars that it rests upon. Our students will spend 5 weeks learning both how to share their faith with others and defend their faith against other worldviews.
No registration needed.

The Least, The Last and The Lost Equip Workshop

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5 AT 6:30 PM
Join CBC and 20 Schemes on Wednesday, June 5 at 6:30 pm for a one-night workshop on poverty and how the church should respond. Mez McConnell will be joined by Sharon “Shabba” Dickens!
Mez will lead a session on Least, Last, Lost - How the Church can engage with the marginalized. And Shabba will lead a session on Women’s Ministry in Hard Places. Register at the link below.
