Highlight - Sunday Nights
Highlight meets in the chapel on Sunday nights from 6:30–8:00 PM and is a space for students to connect through games, hangout time, worship, teaching, snacks, small groups, and lots of fun.

Student Equip - Sunday Mornings
Student Equip meets Sundays at 9:00 AM in the upstairs Student Ministry space. We can't wait to kick off the new ministry year on August 2! Promotion Sunday is August 9, when all students will officially move up to and be recognized in their new grade level.

Parents, our goal is to partner alongside you in helping your student grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Who We Are
The Student Ministry of Centreville Baptist Church serves students in grades 6–12 and their families. Our goal is simple: Proclaim, Partner, Prepare!
Our aim as a student ministry is to proclaim the gospel, partner with parents, and prepare teenagers to follow Jesus with all of their lives, for all of their lives.
These three objectives shape who we are and what we do as a Student Ministry.
First, we are passionate about proclaiming the gospel. Our greatest need is that we are sinners in need of a Savior. All of us are born in Adam with hearts that are dead in sin. The antidote isn’t entertainment or lessons on morality, but the gospel proclaimed through the Word of God and the work of regeneration done by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, our ministry is committed to purposefully scattering the seed of God’s Word (Matt. 13:1–23) and praying that the Lord will bring about genuine heart transformation to teenagers in a pivotal stage of life.
Second, we are intentional about partnering with parents. The Bible calls parents to be the primary disciplers in the lives of their children (Deut. 6:6–7; Josh. 24:15; Ps. 78:4; Prov. 22:6; Eph. 6:4). A faithful Student Ministry seeks to support and partner with parents in this calling, not replace them. Our ministry is committed to equipping families for discipleship to continue in the home beyond Sundays.
Third, we are committed to preparing teenagers to follow Jesus with all of their lives, for all of their lives. We aim to teach on a variety of topics in a variety of environments, with the goal of maturity in Christ (Col. 1:28). Our hope is that when students graduate from the Student Ministry, they have a deeply rooted biblical worldview that enables them to stand firm in a fallen world. We even pray that the next generation of pastors, missionaries, ministry leaders, and faithful church members will be raised up through our student ministry.
